No Purchase Necessary: Purchase will not improve chances of winning. If you are a Commission Junction client registered for CJU 2008, you are automatically entered to win upon completion of your paid registration between May 1, 2008 and September 14, 2008. If you are a Commission Junction client and want to attend CJU 2008 and be automatically entered to win, register at: http://guest.cvent.com/i.aspx?4W,M3,33ec15ba-6c8d-4f1a-be77-0b02f4d2fe43. To enter without registering for the conference, hand-print your name, address, city, state, zip code, day and evening phone numbers, and the words "CJU MINI Cooper Sweepstakes" on a 3" x 5" card and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to: Commission Junction, Attn: CJU MINI Sweepstakes, 530 East Montecito Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93103. Only one entry per person is permitted. Sponsor, Commission Junction, Inc., reserves the right to disqualify any winner whose winning entry appears to Sponsor to have been the result of mechanical reproduction. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Prize: To one (1) winner, Sponsor will award one (1) MINI Cooper, with a total approximate retail value of $25,000. One (1) prize will be awarded.

Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and legal residents of the United States. Employees of Sponsor or any affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This offer is void in New York and Florida, and wherever prohibited, and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules. Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prize and the identity of the winner to appropriate taxing authorities.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected via random drawing on or about September 18, 2008, at CJU 2008 from all eligible entries by authorized personnel of Sponsor. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this giveaway. Odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries received. The winner will be notified at CJU and/or by phone or mail and will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, including the winner's social security number for tax reporting purposes, which must be notarized and a Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification for tax reporting purposes. The affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and Form W-9 must be returned within 14 days of the date mailed to the winner or an alternate winner may be selected. Except as specifically provided herein, the prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

Prize Restrictions: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at sole discretion of Sponsor. By accepting the prize the winner agrees to the release of his or her name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor and prize suppliers are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any giveaway-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. By participating in this giveaway and accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor and its affiliated companies, agents, prize suppliers, and promotion agencies shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the giveaway or resulting from the winner's participation in the giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the rules of the giveaway.
